Stop SMOC.  Yes, let's stop SMOC!  No more feeding the elderly, no more sheltering the homeless, and definintely no more teaching recovering drug addicts/alcoholics how to live life on life's terms.

I am a very grateful recovering drug addict and have been for almost 20 years.  Through the grace of God and agencies like SMOC, I found my way back after 25 years of addiction, and I am not alone.

So let's not put a Sage House at 517 winter Street, and in 20 years the good people of Framingham can put a new prison in its place, because that's what you'll need to house all the children of drug addicts who were not helped when you say "Not in my back yard."

I fear for the people of STEPPS, they truly have no clue.
